Patient Vacation understands that each client is a unique individual. We will work with you to schedule your medical appointments before you arrive in Thailand so that you will be able to take full advantage of your available time for recovery and touring. We offer "Thailand In Country Aides" (see our "TICA" section for more details) to make your time in Thailand a seamless transition and relaxing experience. If you choose to utilize this service, one of our agents will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your first appointment and subsequent medical visits. Patient Vacation will supply you with a cell phone upon your arrival and it will be programmed with numbers you may need. Your personal in country case manager (TICA) will be available any time you need help or advice. Your TICA will be sitting in your hospital room after surgery.
